How do I know if a show is available?

Shows that are available are on Social and web site www.busforfun.com.

What bus do I book?

You can book any bus on the web site busforfun.com as long as there are seats still available.

When is a bus available for booking?

Usually six months before the Show. Also, when the show’s tickets are on sale.

Where are the bus stops?

To select your bus stop, set-up your satellite localizzation (bus stop will find you), otherwise choose on it the pop-up menu.

What happens if I’m not able to find my nearest bus stop?

Write ASAP at info@busforfun.com (on Facebook too) , we’ll try to answer immediatly.

How much is the cost of a ticket?

The price is variable, according to first book/lower price policy.

May I book the Show ticket and bus ticket together?

Of course yes, if the service is available.

How do I book a ticket?

From the home page, select the destination, then date, finally the bus stop. Last step is inserting passengers number. Select the ticket that matches your needs!

How do I pay?

With any credit cards, PayPal and PostePAY.

How do I manage my discount coupon?

Insert your discount Coupon code, before going o to the pay section.

I have a problem with my reservation.

Write ASAP to info@busforfun.com, you’ll be contacted back by phone.

May I modify, cancel, rebook my travel?

Yes, if available during the buying process (look at the green icon), otherwise this service is not available. To cancel and/or modify send an email to info@busforfun.com (ALWAYS 15 days before you travel).

May I reserve a specific seat on the bus?

No.

May I change the travellers name?

Yes, if available during the buying process (look at the green icon), otherwise this service is not available. To modify the name send an email to info@busforfun.com.

What should I do if I travel with children?

Read carefully the notes on travelling with children. We distinguish between children (with adults) and teenagers (without adults).

What do you class as a child?

For Gardaland, always lower then a meter (about 3 feet) otherwise younger than four years old.

What should I do if I travel with a passenger with disabilities?

Are there any special group rates?

Yes, a group should obtain an automatic discount during the booking process, if this does not happen, please contact us at info@busforfun.com.

What is important during International travel?

You MUST have a valid passport or ID available for travelling abroad. Remember, anyone younger then 18 CANNOT travel abroad alone.

During travel

Do I need a ticket for travelling?

Yes, you’ll have to show either a paper ticket or one on a mobile device. Remember, we will ask for your ID.

May I travel with a pet?

Please, read carefully the transport conditions.

If I am a little late, will the bus wait for me?

Try to be at the bus stop 15 minutes before schedule, remember that many people depend on your punctuality

Are there stops/pauses for smokers?

The stops are planned for WC, smoking and refreshment but specifically for drivers to rest.

After Show

How do I find my bus?

Before you leave the bus, markup the place using either whatsAPP or Google Maps, ask at your tour leader, driver, staff. Make note of bus colour and sign before you leave the bus.

How long will the bus wait for me?

Try to be at the bus stop 15 minutes before schedule, remember that many people depend on your punctuality.

After travel

If I leave something on the bus, what should I do?

Contact us immediatly to complete lost&found form.

If I find something inside the bus, what should I do?

Please, inform the driver and contact us to complete lost&found form.
