Tate Rosner McRae was born in Calgary in 2003. After a start as a dancer, she decided to look at music from a different perspective. Through her YouTube channel, she began writing songs and gathered more and more appreciation, until she became one of the most acclaimed new artists of all times. The single You Broke Me First, released in 2020, allowed her to perform at the pre-show of the MTV Video Music Awards and, after that, at the MTV Europe Music Awards.
