The Chemical Brothers became the first electronic music group capable of filling stadiums thanks to their original fusion of dance, rock and rap music, the product of influences as diverse as Public Enemy, Cabaret Voltaire and My Bloody Valentine. British DJs Tom Rowlands and Ed Simons first teamed up in 1989 under the name Dust Brothers. The duo's reputation has increased thanks to their club presentations and some demos.
