Travis Scott, aka Jacques Bermon Webster II, born in Houston in 1991, helped to redefine the sound and atmosphere of the rap of the 2010s, with new pop and trap sounds that are harder and more evocative. Launched by G.O.O.D. Music by Kanye West, in 2013 he released his debut mixtape, "Owl Pharaoh" with its very gothic sound.
