Winter is getting closer, this period when summer holidays looks like a very distant memory and our mind is already dreaming about our next destination, bouncing back and forth from one to another waiting to get the genius idea.
After a boiling summer, and with our senses tired from the heat of the past few months, a mountain holiday is what we need to recharge our energy!
Mountains are not just about excursions, as they also a variety of experiences that you must discover (biking, downhill, Nordic walking, rafting, etc.) and tasting through culture, traditions and above all great food, by experimenting new emotions and original tastes.
With the winter pretty close, the snow will refresh and tone the stressed body from the chaos of the city, ready for a re-energized return to work.
It is important to make time for a little moment to get away from a stressful daily life and do something that thrills us.
Even just a day in the mountains is a cure-all for destressing and getting rid of weekly pressure. Not everyone chooses to do the same thing, though; some of us prefer to go skiing, sweeping around kilometers of white ski slopes available.
Snow has a magic power, it is like a magnet which attracts people to the top; absorbed in the whiteness, surrounded by snowy peaks, it raises your spirits.
